Some good news.
Felix got out of the hospital late last night. He has to see the doctors Monday and start to learn how he will need to do dialysis on his own but at least he is feeling better. It’s going to take two weeks for the port to heal so he really needs to go slow and take it easy.
I wanted to say a soecial thank you to all the wonderful nurses and doctors at #CelebrationHospital. Everyone was very pleasant and kind. They took great care of him and always did it with such kindness, not a single grumpy person.
Another huge thank you to family, friends, co-workers and even strangers for all the prayers and well wishes. It made him feel so loved and never lonely.
He has made it through this difficult week but he still has a long way to go. We need to find our special kidney donor still so he can really recover so please keep sharing all the info from all my posts. Thank you everyone from the bottom of our heart.
