Felix Update 8/21/24:
He got out of the hospital late Saturday night.
Sunday he had very bad swelling in his eyes, very frequently urinating and pain.
Monday we went to see his doctor to talk about all these bad symptoms. She have him two prescriptions to help him with these bad symptoms.
Tuesday he had his first in clinic dialysis treatment that was a 6 hour day. For the next two weeks he has to go daily and have 5 hour treatmens plus transportation, it’s 6 hours each day. This is during his port healing and learning to do it on his own. During this time we have to get the house ready for in home treatment to start until we can find a donor. He has to be VERY careful of germs and infections. He is still having different symptoms and barely getting any sleep. He has lot a bunch of more weight and looks weak and tired but he is trying to stay positive.
